Salary: $16,740.4 - 54,600 per year Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for developing complex prompts and assessing nuanced AI reasoning.
- Exceptional writing skills with the ability to communicate decisions clearly and engagingly.
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to precision in evaluating technical outputs of AI models.
- Experience in areas such as literature, creative writing, history, philosophy, or theology is a plus.
- Previous experience in writing or editorial roles such as content strategist, technical writer, or editor is desirable.
- An interest or background in AI, machine learning, or creative technology is beneficial.
Responsibilities: - Participate in the training and refinement of advanced AI systems by providing expert prompts.
- Evaluate and critique AI reasoning and responses to enhance model performance.
- Develop clear and concise written explanations of decision-making processes and evaluations.
- Collaborate flexibly on projects, setting your own schedule and workload.
