Salary Range: $18.00 to $20.00/hour
RCM AR Specialist Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for AR follow up and collection
- Insurance claim billing
- Communicate with patients with billing inquiries
- Work and manage claims from all aging buckets including postings and appeals
- Resubmission of claims
- Coordination with offices to collect appropriate missing items for claim
- Denial management- investigates and resolves denied claims in a timely manner
- Appropriate adjustments
- Insurance refunds
- Resolve payment inquiries
- Communicate with proper departments for any issues prohibiting proper allocation of payments to be posted
- Process refunds
RCM AR Specialist Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of revenue cycle experience
- 3+ years of dental experience
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel, Google Suite
- Practice management software experience required, Dentrix preferred
