A well-established, growing Family Law firm in Collin County, Texas is seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join its fast-paced, tech-forward practice. This is an in-person role with the flexibility to work one remote day per week .
This position is ideal for an attorney who values strong systems, high client satisfaction, and the ability to focus on practicing law—not generating business . We provide a steady flow of consultations and are moving toward a productivity-based model, rewarding efficiency and results over heavy billable hours.
What You'll Do
- Manage Family Law cases from intake through resolution
- Deliver consistently high client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate trust accounting and compliance
- Work within strong case management systems and workflows
- Collaborate with an empowered, growth-oriented legal team
- Leverage modern legal technology to drive efficiency
What We're Looking For
- 5–10 years of Family Law experience
- Active Texas Bar license in good standing
- Strong case management process skills
- Proven record of high client satisfaction scores
- Tech-savvy and tech-embracing (Clio, ChatGPT, Thomson Reuters, HubSpot, Legalmate)
- Professional, collaborative, and client-focused (no ego-driven attorneys)
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $100,000–$150,000 + BONUS
